Plaintiff Aimen Halim, a Chicago man, said in his complaint chain’s wings are “not wings at all, but instead, slices of chicken breast meat deep-fried like wings. Indeed, the products are more akin, in composition, to a chicken nugget rather than a chicken wing.”claims Buffalo Wild Wings is guilty of false and deceptive marketing and advertising of its boneless wings and said the name of the products should be changed or the content – chicken breast meat – disclosed on the menu.
Now, Buffalo Wild Wings is firing back. The eatery shot back, sarcastically confirming the allegations in the lawsuit. “It’s true,” the restaurant chain tweeted on Monday. “Our boneless wings are all white meat chicken.
