Buffalo Mayor speaks out after shooting
Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown said Sunday he feels the racially motivated shooting at Tops supermarket on Saturday will 'be a turning point' for gun control. Both Brown and New York Governor Kathy Hochul are blaming the internet and social media for allowing extremist views to be shared.
