It was a scary start to Day 6 of training camp for the Cleveland Browns, when running back D’Onta Foreman was carted off the field with a neck injury.

The Browns athletic training staff immobilized Foreman, carted him off the field and he was transported by helicopter to Roanoke Memorial Hospital where his X-Rays and CT scans came back negative.Xrays and CT Scans are negative.
“It’s hard it’s tough, it’s probably the worst part of football,” Hicks said. “We’ve got a great medical team, and praying and hoping for the best.” Offensive Line Coach Andy Dickerson also spoke with the media following practice and shared a message of support for Foreman. “Anytime there’s an injury or anything like that, we’re always hoping for the best,” Dickerson said. “He’s in our thoughts and prayers. Our medical staff and training staff has everything set up to take care of when any of those type of things happen. So, again, it’s just – football’s a game where injuries occur, and so anytime that stuff happens, we’re always hoping for the best, and it was good that they were able to communicate to us and their preparation.
