Although this has been her consistent address throughout her time representing New York’s 14th congressional district, neighborsIn 2019, following her election win, one neighbor, who lived down the hall from the congresswoman’s apartment for 40 years, said he’d never seen her or“I would have remembered,” said the neighbor when shown a photograph of Ocasio-Cortez.
