Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix introduced at Centura Health Training Center in Englewood, Colorado on Friday, April 26, 2024. and his wife Izzy spent $4 million to buy a 6,551-square-foot home in The Village at Castle Pines, a gated community in Castle Rock.
According to property records, Vereen bought the property from Sterling Custom Homes for $600,000 in 2016. The home was constructed in 2018 and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty listed it for $4.2 million on April 11. The upper level includes two bedrooms with walk-in closets, en suite baths, and a separate loft area. The lower level features a wine room, theater room, another bedroom with an en suite bath, and a wet bar that opens to another outdoor entertaining space with an oversized patio and a gas fireplace.
