Brent Marks took him the biggest payday of SpeedWeek with the win.

Brent Marks and Anthony Macri made up for a lengthy weather delay Friday in Williams Grove by engaging in a wild, 140-mile-per-hour fight to the finish that saw Marks pull out the PA SpeedWeek win and collect the big payday that came along with it.

Marks took home the $20,000 purse for holding off Macri, who was hot on his heels with sparks flying from his rear until the checkered flag. And, in collecting the win, Marks set the stage for an exciting final stretch run — races at Port Royal Saturday and Monday are sandwiched around Sunday’s race at Selinsgrove — for SpeedWeek.
