The Braves won Game 2 of their doubleheader vs. the Mets on Monday to clinch a wild-card berth but are unlikely to have ace Chris Sale for their series vs. the Padres.

After winning Monday's nightcap, Snitker said he was not optimistic Atlanta would have the National League pitching Triple Crown winner for the next round vs. the"I don't think so. No. No," Snitker said when asked if Sale would be available. The Braves will reassess Sale's status if they advance to the Division Series.
"I think he felt it in Cincinnati, but it's something he's had off and on all year," Snitker said."He knows how to deal with it."
