Noah Cyrus drops strange Instagram post amid family feud rumors
by Us Weekly alleges that the clan’s 56-year-old matriarch, Tish Cyrus, “stole” her new husband away from her youngest daughter, actress-singer Noah, 24.
“Noah was Dominic when Tish started pursuing him,” a source told the outlet, adding that Tish “was aware” of the situation. “So we go to lunch and make out for three hours,” Tish told the “Call Her Daddy” podcast earlier this month of her first date with Purcell. She added that they said “I love you” a day later.Billy Ray Cyrus first met his now-wife, the Australian singer Firerose, near the set of “Hannah Montana” 14 years ago. They married in Oct. 2023.
But now their parents are joining the fray. Miley notably snubbed her father when she took the stage February 10 to accept the Record of the Year Grammy for “Flowers,” thanking Tish and her sister Brandi, who had accompanied her to the event, but not Billy Ray and her other siblings.The Cyrus family — Billy Ray, Miley, Braison, Noah, Trace, Brandi and Tish — at the premiere of “Hannah Montana The Movie” in LA in April 2009.“Miley and Billy Ray are on the outs,” the source told the outlet.
Tish has also recently opened up about what she called her “complete psychological breakdown” during 2020’s pandemic lockdown when Billy Ray moved back to Tennessee, she stayed in Los Angeles, and her mother died.
