At CES 2025 , Bosch unveiled an AI-powered bassinet equipped with sensors capable of monitoring a baby's vitals and the surrounding environment. The Revol, as it's called, resembles other smart bassinet s with its mesh walls and automated soothing movements, but stands out with its vertical rocking motion. Its key feature is a built-in baby monitor with a live video feed and an array of sensors.
A millimeter wave radar sensor tracks the baby's heart rate and respiration, while environmental sensors monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality. The Revol also incorporates AI using computer vision to detect potential hazards like blankets near the baby's face. While impressive, the Revol is not yet available for purchase. Bosch plans to launch the bassinet in China first in 2026, followed by the US market
