During a recent meeting of the San Antonio Arts Commission’s Performing Arts, Film and Music Committee, Film Commissioner and Music Program Manager Kim LeBlanc announced that “San Antonio has the most competitive film incentives in Texas.” “We’re really excited to see that the state legislature has been able to acknowledge the value of the impact of the film and media production industries, and make this kind of investment,” LeBlanc said.
