Barisan Nasional (BN) bersedia meletakkan calonnya di Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Nenggiri jika ada pilihan raya kecil (PRK) nanti.

PUTRAJAYA: Barisan Nasional bersedia meletakkan calonnya di Dewan Undangan Negeri Nenggiri jika ada pilihan raya kecil nanti.

“Kita menghormati keputusan dibuat oleh Speaker DUN Kelantan, namun kita juga harus hormati bahawa perkara ini dibawa ke mahkamah. Katanya, setakat ini, BN telah bersiap siaga, malah sedang mengumpul data-data baharu di DUN berkenaan termasuk menggerakkan jentera di peringkat lokaliti. “Apa yang berlaku di banyak tempat, kami berterima kasih kerana calon-calon BN dibantu jentera Kerajaan Perpaduan dan inilah yang sedang kami lakukan termasuk di Sungai Bakap dan saya percaya sama juga di Nenggiri,” katanya.

Pada Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-15 lalu, calon Pas, Mohd Azizi dari Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia menang dengan undian 6,431 mengalahkan calon BN, Ab Aziz Yusoff yang mendapat 5,682 undi.
