The restaurant already has a 4.6-star rating on Google after 12 ratings, and the restaurant serves breakfast and lunch dishes with multiple cocktails. The buildings that Blush is in was built around 1914.
Food items at the restaurant include a"Texas Hill Country Pancake,""Bejar Bowl" and"South Town Brekky." There's also the"King William Benedict," which includes sous vide short rib and focaccia bread and a chicken and croffle served with sofrito chili crema and whiskey soy caramel. All pastries will be prepared in-house, according to owners, although a full bakery menu is not yet available.
