According to the Associated Press, President Biden is expected to ask for billions of dollars in assistance for both Israel and Ukraine to increase American involvement in both conflicts.According to the AP “Ahead of his address, Biden spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to stress that the U.S. remained committed to backing Kyiv, the White House said.
