Mills basketball player Michelle Tang is the Bay Area News Group’s girls high school athlete of the week for Feb. 20-25 after she received 30.83% of the vote at the 5 p.m. deadline Wednesday.
Carondelet soccer player Lauren Kenny placed second with 22.72% of the vote and Menlo School basketball player Karen Xin finished third.Tang, a junior, nailed six three-pointers in Mills’ 66-52 victory over Santa Cruz in the CCS D-III championship.
