He said his partner, Brent Burger, left the business and it was a daunting juggling two locations.

“We are doing so with the mindset of how to continue providing the best possible service to our customers,” they added.Mauldin and his late father, William Mauldin, started Redd’s along North Hanover Street with a mobile food trailer after the family relocated from South Carolina. They opened their first restaurant at 109 N. Hanover St. in Carlisle and expanded to Hampden Township in 2021.
