According to Dallas police, at about 2:40 p.m. Monday, a group of children were outside in the 16900 block of Old Pond Drive when a man driving a white SUV approached them. The man asked one of the children to look at something in the back of his car, prompting the children to run, police said.The incident was captured on security footage. Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the man, who was driving a white Toyota 4Runner with Texas license plate number THS9209.
