Aston Martin va utiliser la technologie électrique de Lucid Motors
• Aston Martin s’entend avec Lucid Motors pour l’utilisation de ses technologies pour véhicules électriques.
Ce qu’on apprend cette semaine va en ce sens alors que la firme de Gaydon a conclu une entente avec le fabricant Lucid Motors pour l’utilisation de sa prochaine génération de batterie pour ses futurs modèles électriques. Concrètement, l’entreprise naissante d’origine américaine va fournir une grande partie de sa technologie au mythique constructeur britannique.
Parmi les éléments sous-entendus, il était question de la gestion des stocks excédentaires, de l’arrêt de la production pendant près d’une année, et de la recherche de fonds nécessaires pour le développement de nouveaux modèles, notamment par le biais d’un accord visant l’approvisionnement en technologie appartenant à Mercedes-Benz.
