Vanderbilt University seeks an outstanding individual for a tenure-track faculty position in molecular and cellular biophysics. The candidate will be expected to develop an independent and vigorous research program, teach and mentor a diverse cohort of undergraduate and graduate students, and contribute to the vitality of the University.
Investigators who use single-molecule or advanced microscopy approaches that complement existing departmental and institutional research strengths are particularly encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will be appointed at the rank of Assistant Professor jointly in the Department of Biological Sciences a letter of interest, full curriculum vitae, statement of research interests, and a statement of teaching and mentoring philosophy, including all available course evaluations.
