According to a police report, Hancock was seen stumbling out of a local grocery store and"looked intoxicated" before driving off. Following her arrest, the Arizona Supreme Court ordered for Hancock's cases to be reassigned to other judges. The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct announced Friday that Hancock had agreed to resign to resolve a complaint filed against her. The resolution further stipulates that Hancock has also agreed to not serve as a judicial officer in any capacity in Arizona.
