Apple Inc. AAPL, -1.03% received a more favorable ruling in the second U.S. International Trade Commission judgement of the day involving its international legal fight with Qualcomm Inc. QCOM, +2.40% In a final ruling, the commission found that Apple did not infringe on a Qualcomm patent in its iPhones, and that other claims were invalid. Earlier in the day, a judge ruled in a separate Qualcomm claim that Apple infringed on a patent and iPhones should be banned from import to the U.S.
