Cloud’s shocking death at age 25 was announced by his family Monday, almost five years after Miller died of an accidental drug overdose in 2018.
Despite obvious similarities in their appearances and the fact that both skyrocketed to fame at a young age, Cloud vowed to never portray the “Self Care” hitmaker in a biopic.
“I don’t think I would be prepared to take on someone’s life and legacy and try to replay that, you know? That man is a legend and he’s going to remain one. May he rest in peace, you feel me?” he“Taking on someone’s whole life and becoming that person, like, how much respect you have to give them to actually try to portray them, you know? Like, you have to learn, you know what I’m saying,” he went on.
