In previous reporting, Case confirmed that the shooting was captured on police body-worn camera, but added that the video was partially obstructed.Brooke Culbreth, who said she believes Krischuk was wearing an ankle monitor at the time he was arrested by police. According to a spokesperson for the Alaska Department of Corrections, court orders state Krischuk was to be subjected to drug testing at Pretrial Enforcement Division and would be drug tested on a random basis without prior notice.
The DOC spokesperson said during his time out on bail, Krischuk faced persistent challenges securing stable housing and was evicted from a local hotel following a disturbance. According to court documents, Stefano was charged with first-degree attempted murder, first and third-degree assault, and second and third-degree miscellaneous weapons charges.before shooting Priddle several times on the morning of Jan. 8.
