Authorities say an American man has been arrested in Germany after allegedly assaulting two tourists he met near the castle.A mountain rescue service from the nearby town of Fuessen rescued both women. The 22-year-old was injured but responsive and taken to a hospital. The 21-year-old suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a hospital, where she died overnight, police said.
