Addiego, Curtin and Price allege they were in close proximity to Baldwin, 64, when the gun was fired and sustained “blast injuries” from the ear-splitting sound of the shot. The complaint accuses Baldwin of not paying attention during weapons training, for failing to ensure that the gun was not loaded with a live bullet and for discharging the round.Three individuals claim they have suffered anxiety and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder after the tragic incident.
