An Oak Lawn police officer removes what appears to be a gun from a bag carried by the arrested youth.
Oak Lawn police have released dashboard camera video recorded during the arrest of a 17-year-old in which witnesses say the youth was repeatedly punched as he was pinned down on the street.Oak Lawn denies police officers pummeled a teen following an arrest last July in which video provided by police as well as video taken by witnesses show officers repeatedly punching the youth as he was pinned down on a village street.
