A person who was at the house the night of June 24 told police they saw the suspect standing over the bleeding victim with a gun.
A 20-year-old was shot and killed Saturday, June 24, 2023, on the 200 block of South 19th Street in Harrisburg, city police said. A Harrisburg man was hosting a social gathering last month when he killed a 20-year-old with whom he’d had a disagreement, police said in court documents.
Renard Bowles, 41, is charged with shooting Cleo Stubbs, 20, in the chest and leg around 3:23 a.m. June 24. Police said the shooting happened on the 200 block of South 19th Street, outside where Bowles lived.
