, a nonprofit restaurant that provides life-skills training to youth who have been in the juvenile justice system.Margaret Windham, executive director of its flagship location in Dallas, said in a statement that the Café Momentum family will remember Frazier “as the bright and hardworking young man he was.”

Detectives used surveillance footage from the 7-Eleven and another store down the street that showed “a clear image of the suspect’s face and also what the suspect’s clothing looked like,” an affidavit said. They also interviewed a witness who told police they knew the alleged gunman’s brother. Through research, police wrote in an affidavit they found the brother of the man mentioned by the witness to be Moore with a height and weight similar to the suspect in the 7-Eleven surveillance video. They also found more images of him when he pawned a cell phone at a cell phone kiosk. His picture was taken then, an affidavit said, and the man in the photo, believed to be Moore, was wearing the same blue jacket as the alleged gunman in the shooting.

In addition to that, police said in an affidavit they found more surveillance footage at the 7-Eleven from April 3 that showed two individuals assaulting Moore in front of the store. The same witness also told officers they believed that Moore “was seeking to kill those two individuals who beat him up.”

Moore remained in custody Thursday, with his bail set at $250,000, jail records show. It’s unclear whether he has an attorney.
