Oscar winner pleads not guilty after being accused of groping a woman at a rooftop bar in Manhattan
ByOscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. was arrested and charged Thursday with misdemeanor sex crimes for allegedly groping a woman’s breast at a New York City rooftop bar, the Manhattan district attorney’s office said.
Mr. Gooding was arraigned in a criminal court in Manhattan on charges of forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree, according to the district attorney’s office.
