by Jeffery SchrockThe American Civil Liberties Union are joining the ACLU of Ohio and state abortion providers to challenge Ohio's abortion restrictions.
Currently, patients must wait a minimum of 24 hours after receiving state-mandated information in-person, before they can access desired abortion care. They have to take two trips to a health center and wait which can delay, and possibly prevent, patients from receiving an abortion.
