Voting for Donald Trump is now about protecting the integrity of the judicial system after a travesty of justice in the hush money trial.
The most brazen and carefully orchestrated political persecution in the history of the United States was just given a rubber stamp of approval by 12
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and New York Judge Juan Merchan boldly colluded in a state courtroom to convict Trump, the leading presidential candidate of the Republican Party, of a felony that would have otherwise not existed. Rather than rebuke this outrageous abuse of civil authority, the jurors in New York City have validated this partisan show trial by delivering a guilty verdict and in doing so have delivered an unequivocal statement that Manhattan is a place where criminals can run free while political adversaries face prison time. The nation’s largest city has sacrificed the integrity of its judicial system at the altar of political expedience.
The stakes of the 2024 election have never been more clear. President Joe Biden has spent his term in office facilitating the political persecution of his chief political opponent, and on Thursday his allies succeeded in their quest to convict Trump of any possible crime, no matter how nonsensical the charges.Any vote against Trump, whether it be for Biden or a third-party candidate, is a vote to validate the political persecution of the former president.
If Trump does not win, the Democratic Party will be emboldened to pursue charges against even more of its political opponents. The only way to stop this banana republic lawfare is to send Trump back to the White House with an undeniable mandate.
