After more than a decade in business, an acclaimed Salt Lake City butcher shop is going out of business — but not before regulars can order their holiday meat offerings. Salt Lake City's Beltex Meats, across the street from Liberty Park. The butcher shop announced on Oct. 3, 2024, that it would be closing after the 2024 holiday season.
