A North Carolina home in the Blue Ridge Mountains is listing for $29.75 million.A North Carolina house asking $29.75 million will be the state’s most expensive listing, according to listing agent Marilyn Wright of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
Located in a gated community in Avery County, about 70 miles northeast of Asheville, the five-bedroom house spans approximately 8,750 square feet. North Carolina’s priciest residential sales thus far have topped out at about $10 million, according to Premier Sotheby’s.
