Police in Brooklyn want to find two women connected to the shooting of a 71-year-old East Flatbush man who reportedly refused to give them money.
The victim was listed in critical condition after being shot twice in the chest at his East Flatbush residence off East 48th Street on Sunday. Officials said two women came to the man's basement apartment unit and requested $5,000 from him, but police said he refused. Following the shooting, both women fled the building and jumped into a black sedan with no front license plate. There was no further suspect description provided by authorities.
