The water at the beaches was resampled Tuesday and the results will be available Wednesday.

The beaches placed under swimming advisories were:Washington Avenue beach in Margate CityAny time a sample, in this case taken Monday, has more than 104 colony forming units of enterococci, the beach is placed under a swimming advisory and the water is tested again the next day.

The DEP said it retested the water at the beaches Tuesday and the results would be released Wednesday afternoon.
