Breaking: Six people were injured in a shooting outside of a west Houston club on Sunday morning.
2 injured after apartment resident involved in shootout with 2 other men in west Houston
The Houston Police Department was dispatched to the scene around 2:11 a.m. in the 6000 block of Richmond Avenue at the Tabu club. Officers said there was a disturbance inside of the venue that moved into the parking lot, and shots were fired outside, while there was a crowd.Those who were injured are in their late twenties and early thirties. All other victims are in stable condition. Police have not identified any suspects, and they do not know how many suspects are involved.
There were off duty law enforcement officers working a second job near the club, and they are helping with the investigation.Officers mentioned there have been previous problems in this part of the city.
