Dallas-based Billingsley’s Sloan Corners is kicking off with multifamily units and retail on the Allen side of its development.
Upon completion, Sloan Corners, located in both Allen and Fairview, will feature millions of square feet of office spaces, thousands of apartments, hundreds of hotel rooms and hundreds of thousands of square feet of restaurant and retail space.The project, located in both Allen and Fairview, features millions of square feet of development spread across 500 acres slated for fast-growing communities across U.S. 75 from one another. Its price tag could rise as high as $3 billion upon completion.
Leasing for the east building is projected to begin in the third or fourth quarter of next year, with the west building following suit in March or April 2026.Retail buildings in Allen will get underway later this year with restaurants expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.
