With wildflowers in bloom, temperatures rising and more vegetables back in season, Houston-area home cooks and foodies can again find freshly picked, locally-grown produce for their favorite recipes.

Visitors can come for produce from Atkinson Farm, Daffodil Farms in Magnolia and Agricola Farms, try microgreens at hydroponic garden Fair House Farms, or buy mushroom products at TKF Mushrooms. Eggs and meats are available from Hibiscus Hill Farm, Marchese Italian Sausage, TNT Meat Market or Elias Small Batch Jerky, while Whitman Farm has provided fresh honey to the market for over 10 years.

"It's really important for the community," Grogan's Mill Village Association board member Pat Goodpastor said. "This is a place where families can come, neighbors can come and listen to the music, eat some really good food and take some really good food home."7 Switchbud Pl, The Woodlands.
