But if you're not in the spooky mood yet, we've got you covered too.SAN ANTONIO — After spending all day outdoors in the heat for your Fourth of July celebrations, you may find yourself already longing for the much cooler days of fall and all the festivities that come along with it.

This weekend’s lineup of events include a couple of “spooktacular” events providing an early taste of Halloween with a summertime twist. Plus, whether you’re looking for a calm and family-friendly way to spend the weekend or you want to hit the club and party, there’s something going on for everyone to enjoy.

There will be vendors, music, entertainment and scary surprises, making for a unique Summerween experience.Where: The Haunted Dollhouse Museum Also hosted by The Haunted Dollhouse Museum on Friday, small businesses along Hildebrand between Blanco Road and San Pedro Avenue will be participating in a similar Summerween celebration.and enjoy vendors, games, music, drinks, food and more. The free family-friendly event takes place every first Friday of the month.If you’re not quite yet in the spooky mood, we’ve got you covered. San Antonio's longest-running monthly art event returns at Blue Star Arts Complex.
