A four-alarm fire ripped through the port of Benicia on Saturday near the Amports docks, the fire department said.
Oakland firefighters tweeted they were on the way to help about 3:30 p.m. The fire was reported at 1279 Bayshore Road about 2:30 p.m.
Forecasters warned of weekend fire danger in parts of Northern California driven by gusty winds and very low humidity.
