Officers were called to the 2100 block of McCarter Highway at 1:45 a.m. and discovered Frensly Bouquet, 27, of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, suffering from a gunshot wound, the office said. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 4 a.m.
