It insists the campaign is not directed against Afghans specifically, but they make up most of the foreigners in the country.A survey of families by the NGO said nearly all of them lacked enough food for the next one to two months.
Arshad Malik, Save the Children country director for Afghanistan, said the return of so many people was creating an additional strain on already overstretched resources. A spokesman for the Refugee Ministry, Abdul Mutalib Haqqani, said education was available for any child who was missing out on classes.
