Toyota has discontinued the four-cylinder GR Supra for the 2025 model year. The only option is the 3.0-liter inline-six, mated to either a manual or an automatic gearbox. The base and Premium grades are $1,750 more expensive than last year's models. Toyota has announced the 2025 GR Supra lineup, featuring a strategic streamlining of the 2.0-liter four-cylinder option. This simplification comes with a price bump of $1,750 for the remaining trims. Fear not, purists, for the 3.
The carry-over BMW-sourced 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine delivers 382 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque. This enables the rear-wheel-drive sports car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds with the eight-speed automatic transmission, or 4.2 seconds with the six-speed manual, which is available as a no-cost option. The chassis setup of the GR Supra was revised for the 2023 model year, including the addition of the manual gearbox, so no changes were needed in this department.
