Police believe the oldest child was targeted, but all three were injured in the Sunday shooting.
Mandjou Sylla, of Harrisburg, was charged on Thursday with four counts of attempted homicide in connection to the shooting of 13, 11, and 3-year-old children around 3:30 p.m. Sunday at 18th and Regina Street, according to police.
“The 13-year-old, we do believe he may have been with somebody or associated with somebody that may have been the target, but that’s an ongoing investigation,” Gautsch said.
