Officers were dispatched at about 4:40 a.m. Saturday to the 400 block of Kenter Avenue regarding a possible burglary, said Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Division. Officers determined that no other crime had been committed and the two men were cited for a curfew violation, Eisenman said.

She did not confirm media reports that the two men were dressed in black jumpsuits.
