BREAKING Two people are dead and a third is undergoing surgery in a hospital following a shooting in the parking lot of a strip mall in Valley Glen Monday night.
The incident occurred around 10 p.m.at the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon Avenue.One person, a man in his 50s, died at the scene, and another died at the hospital. A third gunshot victim is undergoing surgery and their condition is unknown.
