Joe Lewis, 21, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony. Lynn Johnson is charged with assault, a first-degree misdemeanor. Additional charges are likely, authorities tell KPRC 2 after one person died and three others were wounded after a shooting took place inside a home near Sam Houston State University.
All four victims were taken to area hospitals where one later died. Three other victims remain in critical condition at last check. Anyone with information in this case is asked to call Sgt.
