About 11:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to a home in the 4600 block of Spring Garden Street, near York Street, where they found Davarcia Forney shot.Police said the preliminary investigation determined an “unknown suspect” shot Forney and fled. No additional information about what led to the shooting or possible suspects was immediately available.and refer to case No. 222892-2022.
