As the coating on the Royal Riches ticket came off, the numbers revealed what the app had already confirmed. He hit the jackpot. Firas and Hala Safar, owners of the 7-Eleven on Prospect Avenue in Santee. On Friday, Hala points to type of ticket that was purchased that won the $10 million jackpot.
