In the end, the whole Cavendish College rallies behind them by doing a fundraiser for her operation, but Sex Education leaves their future fate unknown.
3 Does Mr. and Mrs. Groff Get Back Together The Groff family's arc in Sex Education season 4 is largely separated from everything else happening in the show. This allows the Netflix series to really delve deep into their arc as they attempt to repair their relationships. After spending the night together, Mr. and Mrs. Groff seem to still be in love with each other, but Sex Education holds off a proper reunion.
