Columbus police are looking for three suspects following a fatal shooting in west Columbus.
Authorities say the male shooter and two other male suspects ran into the Post Oaks apartment complex just north of the strip mall after the shooting. Officers were called to the 1400 block of Demorest Road, near Bonnie Court, at around 3:19 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.One man was found shot, and medics took him to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Police say he died at the hospital shortly afterward.
Following the shooting, the victim fled north bound on Demorest Road for a short distance before losing control of the F-150 on the bridge just south of Bonnie Court. A surveillance camera was able to capture the suspects as they entered and fled the scene of the shooting.
